Customer How-To Setup: Customer Payment Portal Settings (CPP)

Prerequisites

You must have a PIMS Server configured with a SSL certificate and the Web Services Module installed/configured.

Customer Payment Portal Settings

Go to your Dashboard, then click Customer Payment Portal (CPP) > Manage Settings in the sidebar.




Company Logo


This logo is displayed to the end-users using the Customer Payment Portal. 
Note: Only image files will be processed for upload. All other file types will throw an error.


Embed Codes


Embed Code
The embed code can be used to integrate the Customer Payment Portal to your website.


Landing Page Link
Allows you to link to the Customer Payment Portal landing page using a <a href=""></a> tag.


Cayan Credentials 


These credentials must be entered through PIMS. These settings cannot be modified on this page. They are merely a reference.

Where do I enter my Cayan credentials?
  1. Open a PIMS Client.
  2. Go to File > PIMS Preferences > PIMS System Preferences
  3. Select the "Card Processing" tab, then enter your Cayan credentials (i.e. Merchant Name, Site ID and Merchant Key).
