End-User-How-To Use (CPP)
Step-by-step guide
Step 1: After loading the Customer Payment Portal (CPP), the end-user will need to enter their Account # (i.e. PIMS Customer Code) and Password.
Step 2:
The end-user will then select which unpaid invoices to pay, then click "Pay Bill."
Step 3: The end-user will then be transferred to the Cayan Transport Portal, where they will enter in their credit card information and continue.
Step 4: After Cayan has finished processing the end-user's credit card, the portal will display a success or failure message. The end-user will also receive an email reciept.
