How to Configure Weevio Scheduler

The setup for Scheduler just takes a few steps. Login into your Scheduler settings.


Please Note : For any GSX appointment Type, you will need to configure all GSX scheduling and Blocking Events via the GSX Schedule Manager (Found at the Apple GSX website > Settings > Schedule Manger).

The Weevio Scheduler will integrate the GSX Notifier to send email(s) for the GSX appointment types that are used during the Scheduler setup. (See Step 2)

Under Scheduler application > Manage Settings >


It should now show "Weekly Availability"


Step 1. Setup your Store hours for scheduling. Example is below:

Note: Click the "Lunch hour" to configure lunch times if needed for your locations.



Please make sure you have at least one "Activate" location selected. You can do this by clicking on the "Activate Locations" button. Then make sure one or all of your locations that you want to show up via the Scheduler are "Activated/Selected"

Step 2.

Appointment Options

To add more appointment types click the "Add" button.

Please Note - If you are using the GSX Notifier application.
It is recommended that you configure your GSX appointments types on the Apple GSX website and then use the corresponding GSX appointment types found in the Scheduler to avoid over scheduling. Also, by using the GSX appointment types (Mac, iPhone, AppleTV), etc. Your customers will also get the GSX Notifier (if Subscribed) email 1 to 2 days before their GSX scheduled appointment.

Exceptions

Please Note: These Exceptions are for only Weevio Appointment Types. Any GSX appointment Type Exception needs to be entered on the Apple GSX Schedule Manager. 

Prevent customers from scheduling appointments on the following dates. Example of some holidays exceptions.



Step 4.

Enable your Scheduler and embed on your website. - Under Scheduler > Managed Settings (Top of page)
1. Enable and click "Save"
2. Use the embed at the bottom of the page to link your scheduler to your website.
