Not getting GSX Notifier Emails ? What should I do ?
If you are not getting your GSX Notifer Emails, please read this important GSX API Notice:
Your customers will also get the GSX Notifier (if Subscribed) email 1 to 2 days before their GSX scheduled appointment. This time frame is a limit of Apple's GSX API's and not the Weevio Applications.
If your GSX appointment test was for today or tomorrow and you still are not receiving the email, please check the following settings.
1. You should have at least one location setup and
Enabled. Each location should have a
default template selected in that location settings.

2. Verify that your is GSX Notifier Process is
"Enabled" and click the save button.
3. Under
GSX Integrations.
Verify that GSX is Enabled and showing "Connected"
4. At the bottom of the
GSX Integration page, "Verify Connectivity" and you should see the Green "Successfully Connected to the GSX API".
5. Last step. Make sure your location template has information in the template to send out.
If you are still not seeing your GSX emails, please contact support.
