Start the Customer Service Portal (CSP)

To start the Customer Service Portal on a customer-facing device follow the steps below.  

Prerequisites:

1. From the Dashboard, select the Customer Service Portal drop-down from the navigation on the left-hand side then select "Open Portal [Kiosk Mode]".




2. Select a location from the pop-up window to start the Customer Service Portal for that location.
Note: Depending on your location settings, there may only be a single location or many.




3. That's it! The Customer Service Portal is ready for your customers.
