Q. When do customers get the GSX notification email?
A. Apple's
API restricts us from pulling more than the next 2 days of GSX appointments. Therefore, your customers will
get your GSX notification email between 1 or 2 days before their scheduled GSX appointment.
Note:
Here are some things to note about Apple's API for the GSX appointment notifier.
Normally, a customer would get the GSX notification email 1 or 2 days before day before their
scheduled appointment.
A good way to test your email notification is to make a GSX appointment for
tomorrow and give it time to see if you get the email. If you do not see
the GSX custom email but have received Apple's email notification, please
give the custom email time to get pulled and sent out by the API. Also, check your Junk folder to make
sure it did not get lost in spam.
