Updates to GSX Functions in PIMS v18028q

Updates to GSX Functions in PIMS v18028q & v19028q

New Component/Issue Selection During Create Repair Workflow

With v7 of the GSX APIs, Apple is now requiring that technicians submit both, the Customer-Reported Component/Issue and the Technician-Verified Component/Issue.  (Previously, techs only had to submit the Technician-Verified Component/Issue.)  To accommodate this new requirement, ExecUtron made a change to the UI of the Component/Issues screen.

1. When you get to the Component/Issue screen, there is a new "REPORTED BY" toggle.

2. Choose the Customer-Reported Component, Issue, and Reproducibility

3. Click on the "Technician" radio button next to the "REPORTED BY".

4. Choose the Technician-Verified Component, Issue, and Reproducibility.

5. Click the "Continue" button and continue with setting up the repair as you normally would.

Updated Token Renewal Process

Previously, when updating the GSX API token, users would click the "Test" button to check the API token and retrieve a new Auth Token.  In PIMS v18028q, ExecUtron has changed the "Test" button to a "Renew" button.  The "Test" button that is still there is a developer tool that was left in by mistake.  Going forward, users should click the "Renew" button when updating their GSX API Token in PIMS.  The "Test" button will be removed in a later version of PIMS.
